Joining FNSC
If
you are interested in joining the Forensic Nurses' Society
of Canada
(FNSC), first complete an application form. The membership year
is Apr 1-Mar 31 each year. If registering anytime after Oct 1st,
the fee is only 1/2 price.
1.
Complete the APPLICATION (in
Word). Please type
in the information
on the form.
You
MUST provide an email address on the form as that is our primary
means of communication.
Please keep us informed of changes in email.
2.
Make PAYMENT
for membership- may be made by either Paypal (using Paypal account
or credit card). If neither of these are options, then please
print
the
application form out and mail it along with a cheque to the membership
secretary (address on form)
The
current fees (Apr 1, 2012-Mar 31, 2013 year) are as follows:
Regular/Full
Members: $50 - Canadian RN and Registered Psychiatric Nurses
Associate members: $35 - Canadian practical nurses, non-Canadian
RNs, & all other professionals
Canadian student nurses $20
NOTE: Membership
fees are 1/2 price if paying after Oct 1st of any membership
year.
3.
Enter Paypal receipt number and date of payment on application
form, save it and email to the membership secretary listed below
(or mail cheque and form if not using Paypal). You
will receive a receipt and a membership card once your application
is received by the membership coordinator. You will then be added
to the email list
